My wife and I just came home from wstching this movie, and we both echo the above comments. I had read a review that told us to wait out the credits – and the “final” scene after the credits was really only about 3 seconds, if that. I thought (maybe wishful thinking) that Ottway was either lying on the dead Wolf breathing, or maybe wearing ts pelt after he kiled it. Ottway is definitely alive in the “after the credits” scene. Have to get the DVD and play it frame by frame or something. Great movie, but very dark. BTW – I spent some time many years ago as a wilderness survival instructor, and while it was a movie, that part wasn’t wildly unrealistic.

The part after the credits was at most 3 seconds long – and it was just the Alpha male lying on the ground (camera was zoomed in very close) and you could see it breathing heavily. It you look closely in the top right corner above the wolf – I think you can see Ottway lying against it – but you can only see the top of his jacket. It cut away so quickly I couldn’t tell. Did anyone else catch that?

Both of you are wrong. The final scene after the credits shows the Alpha Wolf lying on it’s side breathing heavily, with Neeson resting on it, also breathing. It doesn’t show a clear ‘winner’, but it is easily assumed that they are both taking their final breaths. There is little doubt that Neeson does not survive, but that is not the point of the film.

The poem says it all. In strong contrast to his suicidal intentions at the beginning of the film, he chooses to go down fighting.

After the credits it shows the alpha male wolf lying on the ground hurt badly but it doesn’t show Liam, which either means he went down fighting or got away.

After the credits, the alpha male wolf stumbles away injured really badly which probably means that. Ottoway is dead….

I think that d tough match between all thses matches would b betwen johncena n kane , but in d end joh cena wil avail d oppertunity n win d match.
Now lets talk about steel cage match betwen 3 super stars, it will b also an intresting match.Real match betwen henry n big show ,dinal brayn will b easily defeated by 2 giants,I think Big show will win dis match.If the match will became fair.
no idea about royal rumble king of ring match who will win lets see?? But I wish out of these 3 johncena, ray mesteruo n big show, anyone of them wil win royal rumble match.

Hmmmm……. Interesting comments, and perfectly standard predictions, but this is 2012 and WWE is ready to mix things up.

The aim at ‘Mania in Miami is to have the most mask’s possible in one place – Based on that along I’m suggesting the Royal Rumble winner will be one of – Sin Cara (Unlikely), Kane (Can’t see it), Rey Mysterio (Most Likely) or my personal prediction – Mankind (Mr Socko obviously aiding the final elimination).

Because of this highly unlikely outcome (That’s what your all thinking reading this) I’m going to say that Dolph Ziggle will roll out of St Louis as the new Champ, heading to the ‘Mania hardcore bout with Mr Foley – I can see Punk being screwed by Chris Jericho in the match, coming to a had later in the RUmble match and leading to ‘Mania for a match that could steal the show.

Finally, I’ve read various rumours on this but I can easily see The Undertaker return at say Number 28 / 29 before Brock Lesnar shocks everyone at Number 30, setting up a fantastic match with the streak on the line.

HHH needs a feud coming out of the Rumble too, I can easily see this being with a surprise person for a ‘Mania showdown – The returning Christian perhaps?

So there’s my thoughts for you…….. Bryan should retain too and as his heel turn cements he’ll be facing off against Orton at ‘Mania, maybe with Sheamus / Barrett involve too.

Gentlemen, you all raise very good points but in regards to the rumble match, one man has been completley over looked. I reckon he’ll enter at number 27 and win the match, making his return – Christian!
